Richard leads Command and Control, Space and Intelligence Systems business development. With 33 years’ experience as an Air Intelligence Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force (Group Captain), he graduated from the Combined Strategic Intelligence Training Program (US Defense Intelligence Agency, Washington DC) and UK National Information Operations, UK Defence Academy.
