Sebastian Siemiatkowski, CEO of Klarna, highlighted the efficiency of the AI assistant, stating that it essentially performs the workload of 700 full-time agents. He explained that the tool adeptly handles two-thirds of the incoming tasks through chat interactions.

One notable aspect of the discussion surrounding AI legislation is the ethical and societal implications of its widespread adoption. Concerns have been raised regarding issues such as algorithmic bias, privacy infringement, and the potential exacerbation of existing inequalities.
